From the Midlands
Travel to Lincoln and then follow the A46 Lincoln ring road, and then the A158 Skegness Road. Pass through Wragby, Baumber, Horncastle, Hagworthingham & Sausthorpe. At a mini roundabout at the junction with the A16 bear left remaining on the A158 onto the Partney bypass staying on the main road, which then passes through Scremby and Candlesby and down to “Gunby Island”, a roundabout by Gunby House.

* At Gunby Roundabout
Take the third exit towards Skegness and stay in the left lane. Approaching the traffic lights bear off left following the signs for Orby, Skegness Stadium & Fantasy Island. In Orby, stay on the main road bearing left past the Red Lion Public House. Pass the Stock-car Stadium (on the right) and continue until the end of the road. At the traffic lights, turn right onto the A52 towards Skegness (also Butlins) into the right-hand lane and then straight acroos the traffic lights. Follow the main road around left bend, a sharp right bend, a second sharp right bend by the Countryman public house, two sharp left bends by the church (on the right) to another very sharp right bend by the Ship Inn public house:
Go around the bend to the right and follow the main road. After approximately 1 mile pass the main entrance to Butlins on the left. Approximately 100 yards further on there is a turning to the right by a pelican crossing, signposted “Water Leisure Park”. Turn right, and the at the bottom of the slope, on the right, is Springfield Caravan Sales directly opposite the “Cheers” public House
From the North.
Travel to Hull and then cross the Humber Bridge onto the A15. Join the A180 towards Grimsby, after 9-10 miles take the exit for A1173 to Immingham. At the first roundabout take the second exit A1173 towards Stallingborough. At the next roundabout, take the third exit (North Moss Lane), and down to another roundabout at the edge of Stallingborough. Take the second exit, the A1173 towards Caistor. After around 2 miles, turn left onto the A18 towards Louth. Pass through Ludborough and then turn right at a main junction onto the A16 to Louth. Follow the A16 around Louth and continue south towards Skegness. Pass through Burwell & Swaby and at the Roundabout at Ulceby Cross take the second exit the A1028 to Ulceby & Skendleby. At the next roundabout, “Gunby Island”, by Gunby House

From The South.
Travel to Boston, Lincolnshire using the A52 from Grantham or the A16 from Stamford and Peterborough or the A17 & A16 from Norfolk. From Boston take the A52, signposted Skegness. Pass through Freiston, Benington, Leverton, Old Leake, Wrangle & Wainfleet St. Mary. Then by-pass Wainfleet All Saints, passing over a level crossing. Once in Skegness, pass the Morrisons petrol station (on the right) and bear round left onto the one-way system. Move into the right-hand lane past the Jet petrol station and bear round to the right, then moving into the left-hand lane and bear round to the left onto Roman Bank, all the time following signs for Ingoldmells, Chapel St. Leonards & Fantasy Island. At the traffic lights, carry straight on passing the Ship Inn & Atlantic Bar on the right. Pass the North Shore Holiday centre on the left, The North Shore Hotel & golf course on the right, through traffic lights with the Garden City public house on the left & Hewisons Mini Market on the right, the Sands caravan park on the right (with a large black pithead Mine Wheel).
Take the next left turn towards “Water Leisure Park”. Immediately at the bottom of the slope, on the right, is Springfield Caravan Sales directly opposite the “Cheers” public House.
