Thank you for your inquiry regarding static caravans for sale, we are able to
offer a massive selection of caravans at very competitive prices with a
good choice of sites in the Skegness, Ingoldmells, Chapel St.
Leonards, Boston and Mablethorpe areas. Prices include all siting
and connection charges* with all gas appliances
safety tested and our selected stock comes with our three months
warranty. The rent that sites charge for the year, including water
rates, ranges between £1,000 and £2,000. Electricity is usually
by meter and payment is then made at the end of the season. Pets are
welcome on our sites, all that we ask is you keep your pet on a lead whilst on
site and clean up any little accidents. Should you wish to let your
caravan we are in a position to help you choose the right site. We can
also offer finance at competitive rates (written details on request) and are
always happy to view your static or touring caravan in part exchange.
*If
the customer chooses to take a caravan intended to be sited on our own Blue
Dolphin or Springfields sites to another site not owned by us, an
additional charge may be due.
Should you have your own site or require a caravan on your
own land a good discount can be arranged off the sited
price, please phone for details.
Off-site
/ Private land / Building & Renovating / Landworker / Student Accomodation
We
also have a huge selection of off-site caravans available. Should you need a
caravan whilst you are building or renovating a house we can supply anything
from a little 23 x 10 1 Bedroom for that little space behind the house or
garage right up to 37 x 12 centrally heated and double glazed units for
complete luxury. Most caravans are two bedroom, but one and three bedroom are
also available. All will have a seating area with a gas fire, bath or shower
room and a kitchen area with a gas cooker or oven and hob. These caravans
are also particularly suitable for use as overflow accommodation for relatives,
or for farmers and employers to house landworkers or students etc., and are
available from as little as £495.
If required, we can offer a full service to supply and deliver caravans that
have already been fully checked, cleaned & prepared, and arrange an for
on-site gas test to be carried out so they are all ready for instant
use. Please ask for further details and a quote.
Transport
Transport
can be arranged anywhere in the UK, cost is approximately £1.50 per mile
travelled from our Sales Grounds or in some cases may be FREE
(This is only a rough guide, please phone for an exact quote as for greater
distances it will be cheaper).
